Sevierville & Tunica

We made it to the VW show at Sevierville fairly early on Friday afternoon. This is so different from Bugorama in California. Firstly I was afraid that an 87 wasserboxer would be out of place and there were lots of Vanagons here, even late ones. Secondly the show was at the county fairgrounds on the Pigeon Ford River. The drive down the last few miles from Interstate 40 was stop and go because of the tourist traffic to Dollywood and Gatlinburg, but we got here OK. I really like the VW bug controlled fire pit.
