We took a few minutes to visit with Negatha Peterson at her Main Street store. She is one of the original Blue Ridge painters. Her Erwin Pottery shop has continued to produce pretty pieces in the Blue Ridge tradition and although she is in her 80’s she still does beautiful work. We then headed over to the show where we sat a spell relaxing with Paul and Sandra and some other Blue Ridgers outside their RV. They are the couple from Virginia who do those terrific Blue Ridge sweatshirts and tee-shirts. Sandra also sells Blue Ridge in the show. As you can see from the shopping cart in the picture called “Chillin’”, Jan was well prepared to do some major buying. In the last photo you can see Judy Murray’s back and on her shirt is her favorite pattern! This year’s show had 23 vendors, a new high!
